How many simultaneous calls can I make/receive?
3CX allows you to make several calls over your Internet connection simultaneously without needing to buy additional telephone lines. The number of calls possible depends on the number of sip trunks you have. These come in 4’s so 1 sip trunk allows 4 simultaneous calls, 2 sip trunks allows 8 and so on.
